Something about me ...
I was born on 10th October 1975 in Maribor. After primary school I enrolled in two middle schools, II. Maribor Grammar School and Secondary Music and Ballet School of Maribor. I ended both with best grade. After passed exams, I applyed in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, department of Stomatology (Dental Medicine). During my undergraduate study, the medical faculty for outstanding academic successes in courses of anatomy, histology, embryology and pathology had given me the Plecnik award of Medicine Faculty . Several years I was editor of a newspaper Medicine views, and a representator of class. I graduated on 22nd November 2002 with the highest average exam grades(9.3) in the generation of 2005. The same year I applyed to the call of specialization in oral surgery for the Maribor region and entered the selection process of the Medical Chamber of Slovenia for the selection of a specialist.
Udeležba na mnogih strokovnih kongresih in delavnicah
Priprava strokovnih seminarjev:
- Kronični osteomielitisi čeljusti
- Zdravljenje zlomov kondilarnega odrastka mandibule – pregled svetovne literature
- Žariščna okužba
- Odontogeni tumorji – pregled po zadnji WHO klasifikaciji
- Antibiotična profilaksa v implantologiji) ter dve predavanji (3D modeli in njihova uporaba v maksilofacialni kirurgiji – 4.strokovna konferenca Rosus 2009, Fakulteta za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko, Maribor 19.3.2009,
- Obravnava bolnika, ki potrebuje zobne vsadke – 16.strokovni seminar: Kakovostna zobozdravstvena nega od preventive do kurative, 8-9. maj 2009, Maribor).
Članek Zlom obraznih kosti z ogrožujočim podkožnim emfizemom vratu in pnevmomediastinumom (sem prvi avtor), 2010; Medicinski razgledi (letnik 49, št. 1).
Specialistično delo z naslovom Ovrednotenje senzibilitetne motnje po kirurškem zdravljenju mandibularnega prognatizma, predstavljeno mednarodnemu kongresu maksilofacialnih kirurgov v Beogradu (25th Congress of the International College for Maxillo-Facial Surgery joint with 13th Congress of Serbian Association of Maxillofacial Surgeons & 2nd Meeting of Maxillofacial Surgeons of Balkan, 27-30th October, 2010, Belgrade, Serbia).
