WHITENING
I have yellow teeth, and I was wondering what you think if I decided for whitening(professional, not at home on my own)? I am worried if I will need to do it several times, because they might get demaged. I am also interested in your way of doing it( the name of whitening)?

Please help me explain some qustions about beautiful smile, that are in my mind all the time:
- The first two ones above should be changed for a porcelain crown. From what are they made and whit what are they filled?
- Should I first do the whitening of teeth?( My teeth are not naturally white, they become yellowish and someof tehm are more and others are less yellow). If I do not have a porcelain crown, and I do not want to have them yellow, and to the front teeth?

I was wondering if they my front upper teeth can be sanded and covered with veneer? The problem is, that they do not contain any nerves, and therefore they are becoming darker. I have to cover 4 teeth.

OZON
Na sistematskem pregledu triletnikov so pri sinu na spodnji štirici odkrili "luknjico". Razmišljamo o nebolečih alternativah za vrtanje. Zanima nas kako poteka postopek in koliko časa traja? Ali v primeru začetne faze kariesa uporabljate postopek: peskanje - ozon - remineralizacija (brez svedra in plombiranja)?

Kar ste opisali je eden od načinov sanacije, obstaja več različnih metod remineralizacije, zato se za vsakega posameznika določi najprimernejša (včasih s plombirnimi materiali, ki vsebujejo snovi ki pomagajo pri remineralizaciji, lahko s tekočinami za izpiranje, premazi itd.).
GUMMY SMILE
Imam nesorazmerno velike dlesni »gummy smile« in me zanima postopek terapije dviga dlesni z uporabo laserja? Zanima me ali ta terapija zares učinkuje?

OTROŠKO ZOBOZDRAVSTVO

Ker je dolgo časa ponoči pil mleko iz stekleničke ima zgornje zobke uničene (rjave in zobki so tudi malo pobrani).
Imam izredno slabo vest, ker sinčka nisem odvadila pitja po flaški ponoči kar mi že razžira dušo.
Sedaj pa me zanima, če bi se dali ti mlečni zobki kako popraviti z vašo terapijo z ozonom ali pa mogoče izboljšati stanje teh zob.
Predvsem bi vas rad že na začetku pomiril, da stanje prav gotovo ni tako slabo, kot si mlada mamica misli. Že vaša skrb pove, da vam ni vseeno za stanje malčkovih zob in to je zelo pomembno, kajti odnos staršev do otrokovih zob je treba resnično gojiti že v zgodnjem obdobju. Prej, ko se začnete zavedati le tega, manjša je nastala škoda na malčkovih zobeh. Zgodnje kariozne lezije in do neke mere tudi večje luknjice lahko bolj ali manj rešimo s terapijo s healozonom in fluoriranjem. Zelo pomembno je, da starši dosledno upoštevajo naša navodila o higieni in predvsem o načinu prehranjevanja malčka. Seveda bi bilo otroka najbolje videti v živo ,da se objektivno oceni nastala škoda in odredi način reševanja nastalega položaja. Lep pozdrav in brez skrbi.
